Revenue Recovery
Automatically adjust prices on vacant nights until they book.
Revenue Recovery schedules price moves for unsold nights and publishes them to every channel until the night books. The Overview flags vacant nights coming up that no rule covers — click Set up to start.
- 1Click + New rule (or Use on a ready-made template).
- 2Choose the properties.
- 3Choose the nights: tonight, tomorrow, the next 3/5/7 nights, specific dates or recurring weekdays.
- 4Choose a strategy: Progressive Discount (drop gradually), Early Discount Recovery (start low, rise) or Fixed Recovery Price. Set a minimum price.
- 5Choose when it starts and how often the price changes. It pauses automatically while a guest is enquiring.
- 6Click Preview, then Activate.
- Pause holds nights at their current price; End restores your normal prices.
- Performance shows booked rate and revenue, plus recommendations once there's enough history.
