Chat with the Kunjey team from inside your dashboard.
- 1Click Chat with support in the sidebar (or the headphones button at the bottom right).
- 2Click Start a new conversation.
- 3Enter a subject, choose a Topic and Urgency, and describe what happened.
- 4Click Start conversation. Your current page and browser details are attached automatically.
Replies appear in the chat and by email. Find all your requests under Support. When it's sorted, click My issue is resolved — close this ticket.
