Staff portal for cleaners & field staff

Team members with the Cleaner, Maintenance Staff, Inspector or External Contractor role sign in to a simple mobile-friendly portal instead of the full dashboard.

A day for your staff

1. 1Tap Clock in at the start of the shift.
2. 2Open a job under My jobs today and tap Confirm job, then I'm on my way, I've arrived and Start job.
3. 3Take Before and After photos (stamped with time and location) and tick the checklist.
4. 4Tap Submit for review. You'll review and complete it from Tasks.

• Staff can Report problem, flag Guest still inside, or ask for Need more time.
• Can't work today? hands back unstarted jobs so they can be reassigned.
• The Messages tab is a direct line to management.
