Import OTA reviews, reply with AI help, review guests and boost Google ratings.

Import and reply

1Go to Reviews and click Import from Channex, choose a property and click Import. New reviews also arrive automatically.
2Use Needs response to find reviews waiting for a reply.
3Click Respond, optionally AI suggest, edit the reply and click Save Response. It's posted to the channel.

1Each card shows how many days you have left to review the guest (OTAs allow 14 days).
2Click Review guest, rate house rules, communication and cleanliness, and write a public review — or use Use a template or AI draft.
3Click Post guest review.

Tip

Automate this with the Review the guest automation action — it can post automatically when the stay went well.

1Add your Google Review Link under property Edit → Policies → Google Reviews.
2In Inbox → settings, turn on Ask happy guests for a Google review, choose the minimum rating and write the message.
3Click Save Review Boost. Happy guests are invited to leave a Google review; low ratings are never asked.

Property review health gives each property an AI summary of what guests love and what to watch.
