Settle Exchange bookings, rate partners, and earn and spend credits.

Settle a booking

1Open Marketplace → My Bookings.
2The booking partner clicks Mark as paid, chooses Cash or Bank transfer (upload the receipt) and clicks Confirm payment.
3The host clicks Confirm receipt, enters the amount received and confirms.

Details — guest and stay info, plus a guest check-in form you can send.
Invoice — print or save as PDF.
Rate Partner — after checkout, leave a 1–5 star rating.
Cancel — before checkout, with a reason. Repeated cancellations affect your rating.

Note

Payment is settled directly between partners during the founding phase. Live reservations are added to your Kunjey calendar automatically.

Marketplace → Credits shows your available, reserved and promotional balance plus a full history.

Earn — a welcome allocation, a monthly recharge, publishing listings, getting verified, responding to requirements and completing bookings.
Invite & earn — share your link or click Send invite. You earn credits when the invited company joins and gets verified.
Spend — booking requests, negotiations, requirements and boosts. The cost is shown before you confirm.
Credits for a pending action are held as Reserved and refunded if it doesn't go ahead.
