Send client proposals
Build a branded shortlist with your own prices and share it as a link or PDF.
- 1In Browse Inventory, click Add to Proposal on each property you want to offer.
- 2Click Create Client Proposal on the floating bar.
- 3For each property, set the client-facing title and Client price (total stay). Your cost and margin are shown privately.
- 4Fill in the client and stay details, and choose when the link expires.
- 5Add your branding — company name, contact person and an intro message.
- 6Click Create Proposal & Get Link and copy the link to your client.
Availability is rechecked every time the client opens the link. Clients can select a property, ask a question or request a viewing — all of which come to you, never to the host.
Manage proposals
- Send Booking Request — once the client selects a property, turn it into a booking request.
- Copy Link, +24h (extend expiry), PDF (branded two-page document) and Withdraw.
Note
