Fill orphan nights
Find short unsold gaps in your calendar and price, promote or auto-discount them.
Orphan nights are short vacancies (1–7 nights over the next 60 days) that are hard to sell. Marketplace → Orphan Nights lists each gap with its estimated revenue.
Price a gap
- 1Pick the suggested Exchange or direct price, or type your own nightly price.
- 2Click Apply to calendar. The price is pushed to your connected channels. If your minimum stay is longer than the gap, it's lowered for those dates.
Promote a gap
- 1Click Promote on KXM (or Priority for top placement).
- 2The gap appears as a Sponsored Match in relevant searches. Track it under Active boosts.
Auto-drop the price until it sells
- 1Click Auto-drop daily until booked.
- 2Set how much to drop each day, the time, and a floor under Never below.
- 3Click Turn on auto-drop. Use Manage or Stop any time.
Tip
