Verify your company
Submit your trade licence and payout details so you can publish inventory and send requests.
- 1Open Marketplace → Exchange and click Verify now on the banner (or Complete Verification).
- 2Under Company type, pick the option that describes you best. It saves immediately.
- 3Under How you use the Exchange, choose Supply (receive guest requirements), Demand (receive matching inventory) or Both.
- 4Under Payout method, choose Cash (paid on-site) or Bank transfer. For bank transfer, enter the account holder name and IBAN (required), plus bank name, country and SWIFT if you have them. Click Save payout method.
- 5Under Company details, enter your Legal company name and Trade licence number. Office address, email, phone and website are optional.
- 6Optionally upload your trade licence with + Upload document (PDF/image).
- 7Click Submit for Review.
Verification statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Submitted — awaiting review | We've received it. Reviews usually take 1–2 business days. |
| Under review | Our team is checking your documents. |
| Verified | You can publish inventory and send requests. |
| Rejected | Read the rejection reason, fix it and click Resubmit for Review. |
| Expired | Your verification needs renewing — resubmit. |
