Post & answer requirements
Tell matching hosts what your client needs, or offer your units to someone else's requirement.
Post a requirement
- 1Go to Marketplace → Requirements and click New Requirement.
- 2Fill in the location, dates, property needs, budget and guest details.
- 3Check the credit cost and click Confirm & Send Requirement.
Your requirement is sent privately to the best-matching hosts first, widening gradually if needed — it's never broadcast publicly. Matches are based on area, dates, capacity, budget and the host's track record.
- 1Watch Responses on your requirement — each offer has a View Listing link.
- 2When you're done, click Record outcome: Booked a place, Still looking or Cancelled / plans changed.
Answer a requirement
- 1Open the Matched Demand tab to see requirements that fit your inventory.
- 2Click Offer a Property, then pick a published listing or Submit manually.
- 3Enter the Total price for the stay and click Send Offer — or click Decline.
