Digital guidebook
Build a shareable guest guide with welcome notes, house manual and local tips.
- 1Open the property and click Guidebook.
- 2Optionally click Generate with AI for a first draft, then Approve all or approve items one by one. Unapproved AI items are never shown to guests.
- 3Write a Welcome message and, optionally, About your host. Turn on Show Wi-Fi & check-in details to include access info.
- 4Under House manual, click Add section for things like “Using the AC”.
- 5Under Local recommendations, click Add recommendation for restaurants, cafés and attractions.
- 6Click Save Guidebook.
- 7Turn on Publish guidebook, then Copy the link or Preview it.

Add{{guidebook_url}} to an automated message so every guest gets the link before arrival.Important
