Property settings
Management fees, notifications, AI knowledge, check-in forms and auto check-in/out.
Open the property and click Settings. Changes save automatically a couple of seconds after you stop typing.

| Management | Your Management Fee (used for owner payouts), the company's cleaning cost per stay, and email alerts for new, altered or cancelled reservations. |
| Channels | Connected OTAs, listing links and per-channel markup. |
| Photos | Photos sent to your channels. |
| Smart Pricing | Manual pricing or PriceLabs. |
| General | Internal nickname, host name, AI Knowledge Base (facts the AI uses when replying to guests), the check-in form to use, and feature toggles. |
| Automation | Auto check-in and Auto check-out a set number of hours after the scheduled time (direct bookings only). |
