Pricing, taxes & policies
Set rates, fees, taxes, stay rules, check-in details and house rules.
Open the property and click Edit. Each tab saves with Save Changes.
Pricing
- Base Price per Night and Weekend Price (Friday & Saturday).
- Cleaning Fee (per stay), Security Deposit (refundable) and Extra Guest Fee (per guest, per night).
- Weekly Discount (%) for 7+ nights and Monthly Discount (%) for 28+ nights.
Taxes & fees
- 1On the Pricing tab, click + Add tax / fee.
- 2Enter a Name (for example VAT) and choose Tax or Fee.
- 3Choose the Logic: Percentage, Fixed (per stay) or Per night (use this for the Dubai Tourism Dirham).
- 4Enter the rate or amount and tick Incl. in price if it's already included in your nightly rate.
- 5Click Save Changes. Taxes are added to new bookings automatically and sent to your connected channels.
Policies
- Check-in and check-out times, Cancellation Policy, and Minimum / Maximum Stay.
- Check-in Method, check-in and check-out instructions, and House Rules (one per line).
- Security Deposit Terms & Conditions — shown to guests when a deposit is collected.
Access & check-in details
Under Access & Check-in Details, add the Wi-Fi name and password, keybox and smart-lock codes, parking and access notes. These fill message placeholders such as {{wifi_password}} and are never shown publicly on listings.
