Room types, rate plans & restrictions

Find these under property Edit → Manage.

Room types

1. 1Click Room Types, then Add Room Type.
2. 2Enter a Name, choose the Type, and set Unit Count, standard and max occupancy.
3. 3Click save. Each room type can be mapped to a channel listing.

Rate plans

1. 1Click Rate Plans, then Add Rate Plan.
2. 2Pick the Room Type, enter a Plan Name (for example “Best Available Rate”) and a Code (for example BAR).
3. 3Set the Base Price / Night, optional Weekend Price, and Occupancy Pricing tiers if price depends on guests.
4. 4Choose a Cancellation Policy and save. The plan syncs to your channels.

Restrictions matrix

The Restrictions Matrix is a grid of rate plans against dates for setting rates and rules in bulk.

1. 1Click cells to select them (double-click a rate to edit it in place).
2. 2Click Edit N Selected to set Rate / Night, Min Stay, Stop Sell, Closed to Arrival or Closed to Departure.
3. 3Or click Apply to Range to change up to 180 days at once.
4. 4Click Save & Push to send changes to your channels.
