Add a property
Create a property step by step with the Add Property wizard.
Tip
Already listed on Airbnb or Booking.com? You can import the property instead of typing it in. See Connect Airbnb.- 1Go to Properties and click Add Property.
- 2Basic Info — choose Single Unit (whole place) or Hotel / Multi-Room, then enter the Property Name, Property Type and Category.
- 3Location — search for the address and drag the pin to the exact spot. Check the street, city and country, and set the Timezone.
- 4Details — set bedrooms, bathrooms, Max Guests and amenities.
- 5Pricing — set the Base Price (per night), currency, and any cleaning fee, security deposit, extra-guest fee or weekly/monthly discounts.
- 6Policies — set check-in and check-out times and the Cancellation Policy, then click Create Property.
- 7Photos — drag in your photos, add captions, choose a cover and click Upload All. You can also Skip for Now.
Important
Set the correct timezone — Airbnb and Booking.com need it, and automations and tasks run on the property's local time.Manage your properties
- Filter by All / Active / Inactive / Draft, type or category, and switch between grid and list.
- Group properties with Show Categories → New Category.
- From a card's menu: Edit, Calendar, Duplicate, Manage Status or Delete.
