Connect Airbnb

Sign in to Airbnb, then import or link each listing to a Kunjey property.

You'll need

Your Airbnb login, a Kunjey Pro plan with a free slot for each listing, and a timezone set on the property.

1. Connect your Airbnb account

  1. 1Go to Channels → OTA Accounts and click Connect OTA. (If nothing is connected yet, you can also use Import from OTA on the Overview tab.)
  2. 2Click the Airbnb tile.
  3. 3Choose Select Existing and pick a property, or Create New and enter at least a Property Title.
  4. 4Click Connect. An Airbnb window opens — log in and approve access.
  5. 5You'll see Airbnb connected successfully, and the Airbnb card in OTA Accounts shows Connected.

Important

If your browser blocks pop-ups, Kunjey opens Airbnb in the same tab instead and brings you back afterwards. If you close the Airbnb window early, delete the pending connection and connect again.

2. Import or link your listings

  1. 1On the Airbnb card, click Listings.
  2. 2Open the Unmapped filter. For each listing, choose Import or Link (described below). Use Preview first if you want to check the listing's details.
  • Import — creates a new Kunjey property from the listing, including photos, amenities, rooms, pricing and rules.
  • Link — attaches the listing to a property that already exists in Kunjey. Pick the property and click Link Property.

Once a listing is mapped, its rates, availability and new reservations sync automatically.

3. Check the mapping

  1. 1Open the property's Channel Settings and expand Airbnb.
  2. 2On the Mappings tab, confirm the listing is linked to a room type and rate plan. If there's no mapping, rates and availability will not sync.
  3. 3To add one, choose the Airbnb listing, room type and rate plan, then click Create Mapping.

Airbnb-specific settings

In Channel Settings → Airbnb you can also manage Pricing (weekend price, extra-guest fees, weekly and monthly discounts), Availability, Booking (instant book, cancellation policy, check-in times), Promotions, and click Sync Reservations to pull in reservations.

Tip

One Airbnb login covers every listing on that account. Messages and reviews from Airbnb appear in your Inbox and Reviews automatically.

Unmap a listing

In Listings, open the ⋯ menu on a mapped listing and choose Unmap Listing. Syncing stops and the slot is freed.
