Connect Vrbo
Sign in securely with your Vrbo username, password and SMS code, then map each listing.
Before you start
Ask Vrbo support to disconnect your account from any other channel manager, and remove any iCal links on your Vrbo listings — iCal overwrites what Kunjey sends.1. Sign in to Vrbo
- 1Go to Channels → OTA Accounts, click Connect OTA and choose Vrbo.
- 2Choose the Property this listing belongs to.
- 3Click Open secure sign-in.
- 4In the window, click the blue Create button (top right). An empty list is normal the first time.
- 5Enter your Vrbo username and password, then click Connect.
- 6Enter the SMS code Vrbo sends you, if asked.
- 7Map the Vrbo listing to its room and rate, then click Save and Activate.
- 8Back in Kunjey, click I'm done.
Tip
Your Vrbo password goes straight to the channel manager — Kunjey never sees or stores it.2. Map your other listings
- 1After signing in, the listing mapper opens. For each Vrbo listing, choose a Kunjey property and click Map.
- 2Click Done. You can return later via OTA Accounts → Vrbo → Listings — no need to sign in again.
- Each Kunjey property can be mapped to one Vrbo listing, and each mapped listing uses one property slot.
- Vrbo supports USD, CAD, EUR, AUD, NZD, JPY, SGD, BRL, MXN and GBP.
- Vrbo guest messages and reviews aren't available through the channel manager.
- To disconnect a listing, click Unlink, then Confirm unlink.
Important
If you see “We couldn't find a Vrbo channel on this property yet”, you probably closed the window before saving. Click Open sign-in again and finish the mapping step.Still stuck? Click Chat with support in your dashboard, or contact us.
