Connect Agoda

Turn on channel manager mode in Agoda YCS, then connect with your Hotel ID.

1. In Agoda YCS

  1. 1Open Settings → Property Settings → Optional Settings.
  2. 2Enable Channel manager mode, select Channex and save. (Agoda support can do this for you.)
  3. 3Note your Agoda Hotel ID.

2. In Kunjey

  1. 1Make sure the property has at least one room type and rate plan.
  2. 2Go to Channels → OTA Accounts, click Connect OTA and choose Agoda.
  3. 3Select the property, enter the Agoda Hotel ID and click Validate & Continue.
  4. 4Map each Agoda rate to a Kunjey rate plan. Agoda uses occupancy-based pricing, so you'll also choose an occupancy.
  5. 5Click Connect to Agoda.

Note

Agoda doesn't let us pull reservations made before you connected — new and changed reservations arrive automatically. Agoda messages and reviews aren't available.
