Channel markup & settings
Charge more (or less) on a specific channel and adjust channel-specific options.
Markup lets one channel receive a different price from your base rate — useful for covering OTA commission. Other channels and your base rate stay unchanged.
Set a markup
- 1Open the property, go to Settings → Channels, and find Channel markup.
- 2Expand the channel.
- 3Under Adjustment, choose Increase by percent (%), Decrease by percent (%), Increase by amount, Decrease by amount or No markup.
- 4Enter the value. The example line shows what the channel will receive.
- 5Click Save markup.
Note
For Airbnb and Vrbo, markup is saved per listing, so other listings on the same account aren't affected.Channel-specific settings
- 1Open the property's Channel Settings and expand the channel.
- 2Under Channel settings, adjust the options the channel offers (for example Booking.com notification emails or credit card requests).
- 3Click Save settings. Changes go straight to the channel.
