Create and send a quote

1. 1Go to Bookings → Quotations and click New Quotation.
2. 2Fill in the booking form as usual (guest name, email and price are required), then click Create Quotation.
3. 3In Quotation settings, choose how long it's valid for.
4. 4Choose whether to Hold the dates — a hold takes them off sale everywhere until it lapses.
5. 5Choose what the guest pays to confirm: nothing, a deposit or the full amount. Tick Let them pay by card if Stripe is connected.
6. 6Choose when to share your bank details, and optionally add other properties as alternatives.
7. 7Click Create & Send. The guest gets an email with a link.

The quoted price is frozen — it won't change if your calendar rates change.

What the guest does

On the quote page, the guest sees photos, the price, house rules and terms, then clicks Accept Quotation (or Accept & Pay). They can also decline or request a viewing.

Follow up and convert

• Track quotes by status: Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Converted, Expired.
• Copy link to share on WhatsApp, Resend, Edit (creates a new version) or Renew an expired quote.
• Click Convert to Booking once accepted. Availability is checked live first.
• When the guest pays the amount due in full, the quote becomes a reservation automatically.
