Import past reservations
Bring your booking history over from a spreadsheet in one go.
- 1Go to Bookings and click Import.
- 2Download the template and fill in one row per reservation. Property names must match your Properties page exactly.
- 3Click Choose CSV file and upload it.
- 4Review the counts — New, Already imported, Need attention and Can't import — and fix any errors.
- 5Choose whether to update reservations that were already imported, then click Import.
Note
Imported reservations are records of stays: guests aren't emailed and no automations run. You can import up to 2,000 rows per file, and re-uploading never creates duplicates.Need the reverse? Export downloads your current booking list as a CSV in the same format.
